INDEX C200

The INDEX C200 – year of manufacture 2009 – is a high-performance CNC production turning center equipped with a FANUC 31i control system, main spindle and counter spindle, and a 65 mm bar capacity. The machine features a premium 3-turret configuration, with turrets 1 and 2 each offering X, Z, and Y axes, while turret 3 is dedicated to counter spindle operations. All three disc turrets are fitted with 10 stations each and provide highly flexible complete machining via driven tools at up to 6,000 rpm. With a gantry loader, conveyor belt, C-axes on both main and counter spindles, and powerful spindle drives, this machine is ideally suited for the productive series production of complex turned/milled parts.
