Round, conical, tiltable frying pan made of stainless steel for food preparation, allowing for unloading into carts via motorized tilting, while maintaining the height of the discharge opening.

It is equipped with a double thermal-oil base and an easy-to-clean inner tank with a removable scraper with blades that rub against the walls to prevent product sticking and facilitate subsequent cleaning. It is fully insulated on both sides with a heat-retaining coating to save energy.

- Control panel with electronic touchscreen for programming, speed control, scraper rotation direction, frying temperature, frying time, and recipe program settings.
- Audible warning system at the end of the program.
- Automatic product discharge via a button on the control panel.
- Models SBE100A, SBE150A, and SBE200A are supplied with wheels.
- Stainless steel feet with height adjustment on models SBE300A and SBE500A.
- Electric models feature armored heating elements immersed in thermal oil for even heating of the entire pan.
- Gas models feature highly precise, electronically controlled, ventilated burners, suitable for use with LPG, natural gas, or diesel.
- Adjustable temperature range from 50°C to 210°C.
- Recipe book on a programmable electronic panel.
