· Complete disassembly for general inspection and cleaning of every component of the line.
· Touch-up painting.
· Electrical disassembly of each component.
· Inspection of components for defects.
· General overhaul of motors.
· Conductivity check, cleaning of DC motor brushes, etc. Non-repairable motors were replaced.
· Mechanical reassembly of line components.
· Installation of components requiring replacement due to defective parts.
· Inspection of hydraulic cylinders with seal replacement. Cleaning and painting.
· General overhaul of hydraulic motors. Cleaning and painting.
· General overhaul of hydraulic power units. Cleaning and painting.
· General overhaul of pneumatic cylinders and solenoid valves.
· Replacement of defective hydraulic pipes.
