The inoCOMB Cabrio mini silo is used for mixing and conveying pumpable materials (either mineral or organic products) with a grain size of up to approx. 8 mm. It can process factory pre-mixed render mortar, dry mortar, screed material, or floor leveling compounds provided by the material manufacturer. The material hopper of the mini silo can be filled using bagged goods, one-way containers, or big bags, as preferred. During operation, the dry material is conveyed from the hopper into the mixing tube by the dosing shaft. In the mixing tube, the dry material is blended with water via the mixing shaft to produce a homogeneous, pasty or liquid product. At the outlet end of the mixing tube, the mixed material falls directly into the pump hopper. In the pump hopper, the material is transferred via the pump shaft to the pump unit (rotor/stator). From there, the material is pumped through the delivery hoses to the application site.
