Don’t compromise on surface quality. Easy Paint extraction walls are the ideal cost-effective solution for efficient paint mist capture and filtration, as well as extraction of solvent fumes. Robust and powerful, yet economical to run.

The IPE double filtration system ensures two filter stages for a maximum separation rate of up to 99%. Thanks to the pleated filter pockets, the cardboard labyrinth pre-filter captures significantly more overspray (up to 18 kg/m² filter area) than conventional filter mats. The downstream fiberglass secondary filter only captures the finest residual particles.

As a guideline for the cardboard labyrinth filter, depending on the type of paint used, a service life of approximately 150 to 200 painting hours can be expected. The fiberglass filter only needs to be replaced after approximately 900 to 1200 painting hours, i.e., every 5th or 6th cardboard filter change.

Easy Paint also features a lower intake opening to safely and quickly capture solvent vapors at floor level or from floor pits.

With this bottom intake opening, the Easy Paint can be connected to a floor pit or tray for underfloor extraction. The front-side filter cassette also makes filter changes easy in this configuration.
