We offer you an IPETRONIK cabin simulation box.
Technical data and system description:
IPETRONIK cabin simulation box (new and unused)
The cabin simulation box is designed to simulate the passenger compartment for tests in recirculation mode. It features a variable internal volume from 1.8 to 4 m³. The exhaust air volume flow from the front evaporator or air conditioning unit is regulated and directed into the cabin.
With the cabin simulation box, only rear evaporators installed in the passenger compartment are tested. The insulated housing is mounted on an aluminium profile frame with castors. An internal chamber light is installed. The box is protected against overtemperature by a safety thermostat (Esti). If the permissible temperature is exceeded, a glass cartridge in the ESTI is destroyed, and the system stops. (TRIP TEMPERATURE: 80°C)

Recirculation system:
A heat exchanger (Systemair) is mounted in the recirculation circuit for indirect temperature control. Air is circulated by a radial tube fan (Cosmo), heating is provided by an electric heater (Türk and Hillinger) integrated into the brine circuit. Heaters are permanently monitored by temperature monitors and limiters (Türk and Hillinger, Johnson Controls). Cooling is via a secondary brine circuit with pumps (KSB) and 3-way valve (Belimo).
Installed electrical heating power: 1 x 6 kW.
Mix ratio: 50% water / 50% ethylene glycol.
Mains supply: =TME2++AS-QF21
