This is a next-generation blast chiller/freezer from Irinox, model MF NEXT LL Essenziell Turbo. The MultiFresh multifunctional blast chiller is your new assistant in the kitchen, equipped with a standard rack for 2/1 GN. The maximum loading capacity is 95 kg. The unit is fitted with a 10" touch display and allows for rapid chilling and shock freezing. This version includes the Sanigen hygiene function, which ensures 99.5% bacteria elimination and neutral odours. This model is the Essenziell Turbo configuration for rapid chilling & shock freezing (without warming functions). The refrigeration unit is air-cooled. The door has a left-hand hinge and the device features a core temperature probe with 5 measurement points. It is on castors, 2 of which come with wheel locks.
