The blast chiller/rapid chiller is equipped with the latest environmentally friendly refrigerant, R290. By purchasing, you are ensured the latest in technical standards.

This is a latest-generation rapid chiller / blast freezer by Irinox, model MF NEXT LL Essenziell Turbo. This multifunctional MultiFresh rapid chiller is your new kitchen assistant, outfitted with a standard rack for GN 2/1 trays. Maximum load: 95 kg. The unit features a 10" touchscreen display and can both rapidly cool and blast freeze. This version includes the Sanigen hygiene function, which eliminates 99.5% of bacteria and ensures odor neutrality. This is the Essenziell Turbo version for rapid cooling & blast freezing. The refrigeration unit is air-cooled. The door is left-hinged and it comes with a five-point core temperature probe. The blast freezer is equipped with four castors with brakes.

Dear prospective buyer: Upon purchase of this unit, commissioning and training can be carried out by an Irinox specialist consultant. The unit offers 55 shelf positions in total.

Currently, 30 rails for GN 2/1 are included, yielding 15 shelves. Additional GN rails or wider rails for 60x40 cm (baker’s standard) trays can be ordered. One pair of GN 1/1 support rails costs €36 net, one pair of baker’s standard rails costs €69 net plus shipping. There is also the option to use a multirack, doubling the number of shelves for GN 1/1 trays.
