This is a next-generation blast chiller / shock freezer manufactured by Irinox, model MF NEXT M A TRB FRZ.

This multifunctional blast chiller, the 'Multi Fresh', is your new assistant in the kitchen. It comes equipped with a Multirack for 1/1 GN containers. Depending on the height of the GN trays, you can utilize between 9 and 18 trays.

Maximum load capacity: 50 kg.

The unit operates with the natural refrigerant propane R290—a gas that does not damage the earth’s ozone layer. It ensures maximum energy efficiency, faster cooling of food, and virtually no environmental impact. It complies with the strictest environmental standards worldwide. Propane has a global warming potential (GWP) of just 3. More performance, less pollution.
