Glass cleaning machines have proven themselves for years in restaurants, beer cellars, and at the world’s largest fairs for cleaning glasses and mugs. Glass washing systems are predominantly used in the food service industry to streamline bar operations and achieve significant improvements in hygiene. Up to now, they have been tested and successfully operated under the most demanding conditions.

Depending on the machine type, the throughput capacity ranges between 800 and 2,500 items per hour.

Glasses or mugs are placed upside down either onto the conveyor belt or into baskets and are washed continuously at an adjustable washing temperature with cleaning agents. To prevent contamination of the wash tank, the drip-off liquid in the loading area is drained directly to the waste channel. In the wash tunnel, glasses are rinsed with cleaning solutions and fresh water, allowing for their hygienic removal at the discharge end.
