Automated saw for qualitative sorting of boards – Edger–Crosscut saw–Conveyor unit for sawmill wood sorting JRIMAC Twin-Cut

The installation is designed for sawing and optimal sorting to separate quality grades.

Edger (compliant with current safety standards): Cutting length 6.0 m – Cutting height 120 mm – Cutting width against stop max. 380 mm – Retractable blade cuts in both directions (forward and backward) – Pressure bar with safety feature – Positioning lasers – Adjustable cutting speed

Crosscut saw: Cutting unit at both ends – Unit 1 = fixed – Unit 2 can be positioned at 4,000 mm, 5,000 mm, and max 6,000 mm.

Conveyor unit – The board is fed to the edger from the right by toothed wheels – The operator saws the board longitudinally and marks its quality (X, O, //, etc.) – The edgings are automatically removed at the rear and fall into a cart – The edged wood is conveyed and automatically cut to the desired length – Trim cut-offs are ejected into containers or bags – The wood continues on roller tracks for sorting and stacking by a third party according to quality

Scissor lift table (not included in the machine price) – Upstream, the wood is placed on a scissor lift table and brought to the edger/operator’s height

400 Volts – 63A – 22 kW – Blade diameter 550 mm – Control panel with programmable touchscreen
