We are offering a Jung HF 50 EVO surface grinding machine, year 2000, in excellent condition. The machine is, of course, fully operational and, after its overhaul, has approximately 50 operating hours. All slides move with ease and uniformity. Even at high speeds, the Jung runs smoothly. This new generation of surface grinders is highly user-friendly and enables the production of surfaces with a low Rz value. Scope of Overhaul:

Mechanical Overhaul:
• Comprehensive mechanical refurbishment
• Hydraulics
• Infeed
• Lubrication
• Cross and vertical adjustment
• Grinding spindle

• Repainting to OEM quality
Geometric Overhaul:
• Guideway grinding at the manufacturer (optional)
• Hand scraping of guideways
• Column removed, measured, and if necessary scraped/ground, retightened with pressure pads, guideways checked and reprofiled
• Adjustment of cross-hatch pattern on the spindle head
• Alignment of diamond dresser
• Grinding table and magnet resurfaced
• Machine acceptance according to manufacturer’s inspection sheet
Electrical Overhaul:
• Replacement of all electrics, limit switches, and push buttons
• Conversion of the X-axis from cam switch to proximity switch (HF 50)
• New control cabinet
• RSF digital position display (2- or 3-axis display)
• Hold force adjustment for 24V or EP magnetic chuck
Control System Modernization:
