Edge sanding machine with overhead feed unit

What sets the Uniq-S apart from the Uniq is the feed system integrated into the machine table, which features a rubberized feed belt and an overhead pressure beam. This configuration significantly facilitates the sanding and production of beveled and chamfered edges, as well as serial sanding of workpieces. It also assists when processing exceptionally large or small components. The feed speed is continuously variable between 3 and 15 m/min.

A soft conveyor belt on the bottom and rubberized rollers on the top pressure beam ensure careful material handling. An optional second, bottom-mounted conveyor belt is available. The upper pressure rollers can also be replaced with a rubber belt, which is especially beneficial when sanding extremely small parts.

The Uniq-S is recommended as an all-rounder, capable of all operations—from solid wood to fine veneer edges at high quality. The continuously adjustable feed speed allows optimal adaptation to the material.
