Tested and certified condensate treatment:
The Institute for Construction Technology Berlin has tested and certified the function of the AQUAMAT. In Germany, only condensate treatment systems certified by the Institute for Construction Technology Berlin are approved. AQUAMAT condensate treatment systems provide state-of-the-art treatment and legal security for the operator. This ensures maximum safety for users when treating compressed air condensate. The AQUAMAT significantly reduces disposal costs and helps protect the environment.

High-performance filter material:
Both the pre-filter and main filter cartridge use a particularly high-performance filter material (no activated carbon). A downstream separation tank with gravity separation further improves reliability and increases the maintenance interval (except type CF3).

Highly visible alarm indicator:
An alarm is indicated by the rising float, meaning the filters must be changed. The reference turbidity tester allows the operator to regularly check the function of the AQUAMAT and perform maintenance if necessary (recommendation: test function once per week).

Clean filter replacement:
Thanks to the practical grip handles, the main filter cartridge can be pulled out easily and fixed on the AQUAMAT housing to allow it to drain. This ensures clean filter replacement. Pre-soaking the new filter is not required.
