Optimized cutting with remnant length utilization.
The system comprises an automatic feed magazine with 12 slots, a steel saw, and a belt conveyor for transporting the cut steel profiles out.
Remnants are transported either to a remnant bin, outfeed, or waste bin depending on length.
Processing of the steel profiles takes place in a continuous feed process, with the profile bar precisely positioned by a transport clamp with linear motor and rotary encoder.
The saw cut is made from above; a micro-dosing cooling and lubrication system ensures optimal cooling of the saw blade.
Profile clamping is pneumatic and independent of profile cross section.
Free-standing system with PC control, or in combination with a cutting automaton, plastic machining centre (BAZ) or profile machining centre (SBZ).
When combined, the cycle is synchronized with the cutting automaton, BAZ, or SBZ.
Profile lists for stock loading into the feed magazine are shown to the operator on the TFT display.
The finished, processed steel profiles are removed from the belt conveyor, confirmed, and sorted into carts, or are manually inserted into the PVC profiles at the steel insertion station.
