Fully hydraulic high-performance band saw automatic machine in heavy-duty design, featuring a horizontally parallel moving saw band, suitable for cutting profiles, pipes, and solid materials of all qualities, including extremely hard-to-machine materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy). Designed for use with bi-metal and carbide-tipped saw bands.

The saw unit is made from solid polymer concrete, ensuring maximum smooth operation and extended service life of the saw bands.

Guidance of the saw unit is via two vertical square columns (double column guide) with hardened and ground guide rails.

Mechanical saw band tensioning with pre-tensioned carbide saw band guides.

Material clamping is achieved using two horizontal frame vices.

Material feed is provided by a non-driven roller conveyor integrated into the machine with twelve transport rollers, allowing trouble-free transport of short offcuts.
