3. Machine description

Semi-automatic bandsaw machine in a very robust design, for consistent performance of all cut-to-length and mitre cutting tasks (-45°/+60°) on tube, profile and solid materials in workshops. The steplessly adjustable saw feed ensures sensitive and tool-preserving cutting.

Saw blade guide

Lateral guidance of the saw blade by mechanically pre-tensioned band guides. The back of the band is guided by running rollers.

Material clamping – machine vice

Secure material clamping via manually operated horizontal vice, mitre can be adjusted steplessly by scale from 0°–45° to 0+60°. Additional fixing at -45°, 0°, 45°, and 60° possible via index pin.

Saw feed steplessly controlled by fine throttle, for universal use in solid and profile materials.
