The fully hydraulic high-speed production hacksaw features a universal hydraulic system for exclusive or alternating cutting of thin- and thick-walled profiles as well as solid materials without requiring a saw blade change, thanks to a uniform tooth pitch of 3 or 4 teeth per inch. The machine is equipped with a pre-tensioned bow guide, closed oil hydraulics, triple swivel bearing, separate coolant system, infinitely adjustable hydraulic cutting pressure, rapid lift motion, and accelerated return stroke. Standard equipment includes a continuously adjustable mitre device. The saw bow is lifted in fast traverse mode. The oscillating vise ensures full utilization of the saw blade. Longitudinal guidance with ground and hardened guide rails transfers cutting forces directly to the saw bow. Automatic end-of-cut shutoff. Push-button operation to switch the saw bow on, off, and to raise it quickly.
