Heavy-duty, fully hydraulic high-performance bandsaw, built in an extremely robust design, featuring a horizontally and parallelly moving saw blade for cutting profiles, pipes, and solid materials of all grades, including extremely difficult-to-machine materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy). Suitable for use with bimetal and carbide-tipped saw blades. The saw unit is made of solid polymer concrete, ensuring maximum running smoothness and extended saw blade life.

The saw unit is guided by a vertical and a round column (dual-column guide) with hardened and ground guide rails. Hydraulic blade tensioning and hydraulically pre-tensioned carbide blade guides.

Material clamping is provided by two hydraulic vices. The user interface of the machine ensures simple operation. Cutting length can be set via a handwheel, with a 0.1 mm resolution. The piece count can be set through a counter; once the preset number is reached, the machine automatically shuts off. Material feed is managed by a feed cylinder for maximum cut accuracy. The machines are easy to operate and fully automatic.
