A key distinguishing feature of this machine is the double bearing support of the driven band wheel, which ensures optimal support, reduced wear, and consistently high cutting quality—precisely where KASTO excels.

The machine comes standard with Compact Control, allowing for straightforward programming of sawing operations. Multiple lengths and quantities can be pre-set, after which the machine operates fully automatically and stops when the target batch size is reached.

With a cutting capacity of up to approximately 260 x 260 mm, infinitely adjustable band speed, and hydraulic clamping force regulation, the KASTOtwin A2 is suitable for both single-piece and series production.

The combination of frequency-controlled drive, band breakage monitoring, and the well-known KASTO universal hydraulics ensures a stable cutting process, long band life, and reduced maintenance costs.
