Envelope inserting machines with inserting unit KERN 2500 for handling C5 and C6/5 envelopes.

The set consists of a complete, operational line and a second set of these machines for spare parts.

Year of manufacture: 2007 + a parts machine set from 2004.

- Automated infeed module (single A4 sheets) ensures smooth paper feeding.
- Reading, grouping, and folding control module (Grouping and Folding Station – GUF).
- 2 leaflet inserting modules, each equipped with 2 feeders.
- Inserting module.
- Envelope feeder and sealing unit with application control and settings panel.
- Final conveyor belt with trays for incorrect/incomplete enclosures.

Both sets were used in a single company. The first set was installed in 2004 and the second in 2007. The machines were in use until 2020, when new equipment was purchased. During this period, overhauls were performed using parts from the second machine set. Since 2020, the refurbished machines have been used only occasionally, and the second machine set has been kept for spare parts.
