Overview

This high-performance can filling line was manufactured in 2013 by KHS and is designed for large-scale beverage production, particularly for beer in aluminum cans. With a capacity of up to 48,000 cans per hour (500 ml), the plant offers a modern, high-speed solution that includes depalletizing, filling, seaming, pasteurizing, inspection, packaging, and palletizing. At the core of the system is a volumetric filler, the KHS Innofill DVD 92, paired with a high-performance Ferrum F708G seamer, ensuring precise filling and reliable seaming at maximum throughput. The line has been well-maintained, remained in operation until February 2026, and will be available from Q1 2026. The entire system features a compact, high-density layout with advanced conveying and process integration typical of modern KHS can lines.
