The KIMLA POWERCUT LF 1530 fiber laser, manufactured in 2022 in Poland by POLCOM Przemysław Kimla, utilizes a stable 6 kW fiber-optic laser beam for cutting. The focusing lens assembly within the cutting head ensures optimal beam geometry for various workpiece types. The machine features an automatic pallet changer, enabling simultaneous loading and unloading of sheets during the cutting process.

All linear axes (X, Y, Z) are powered by high-performance servo drives. The innovative servo system, based on real-time Ethernet data transmission, allows for precise configuration of four motion parameters: position, speed, acceleration, and jerk.

The POWERCUT LF 1530 fiber laser cutter is built on a rigid, monolithic chassis. Its gantry structure, inspired by aerospace engineering, ensures low weight and high rigidity.

Rich equipment includes an interactive control system that seamlessly integrates CAD/CAM software with CNC control. Among its many advantages, the operator can edit, refine, alter geometry, arrange parts, generate paths, and resume work at any time. The system also features automatic nesting with production management modules.

The offered KIMLA POWERCUT tube and profile laser cutter was installed and commissioned in February 2023. Since then, it has only worked for 4,450 hours.
