In waterjet cutting, water is compressed to a pressure of up to 5500 bar. Depending on requirements and workpiece, the water is then forced through a nozzle with a diameter of 0.01 to 0.08 mm. Since waterjet technology processes materials without heat input, deformations are avoided.

By adding an abrasive, waterjet cutting achieves the highest precision with tolerances of +/- 0.01 mm. Our flexible production allows for both vertical and beveled cuts. We are happy to work with your individual CAD data. Waterjet technology offers significant advantages for industry, crafts, and prototyping. It is also environmentally friendly, as the process produces neither dust nor vapor and is very material-efficient.
