Thanks to its robust and durable mechanical and hydraulic components, the machine is equipped with a precision ball screw powered backgauge and a user-friendly CNC control system, making Dener guillotine shears highly efficient production machines. Shears for sheet thicknesses from 6 mm to 20 mm and cutting lengths from 3 to 6 meters are part of our standard portfolio. Of course, higher sheet thicknesses and cutting lengths can also be supplied upon request.

The long service life of Dener guillotine shears is owed to their especially rugged construction with a fully welded frame. The entire machine body, cutting beam, and backgauge are resistant to torsion and deformation, enabling optimal cut quality.

By entering the sheet thickness and material type, the CNC controller automatically calculates the required cutting angle and blade gap.
