Single-sided automatic edge banding machine with pre-milling unit, hot-melt adhesive application for straight workpieces (EVA/PUR glue pot with drainage function optional), 2-motor high-frequency end trimming station, HF combination milling unit, corner copying unit, chain feed system, motorized top pressure with encoder and double ball bearing pressure rollers, extendable workpiece support rail, signal lamp for workpiece sequence, integrated section control for contactless operation of machining functions, as well as L-Motion control (6 axes). Suitable for ABS, PVC, melamine, and thick wood veneer edge banding tapes, as well as fixed lengths of 0.4 – 3.0/6.0 mm and workpiece heights from 10 to 60 mm.

• Two counter-rotating, operation-controlled pre-milling units with diamond-tipped spiral milling cutters ensure clean and tear-free jointing of the workpieces before edge banding.

• Teflon-coated, quick-change glue pot with 1.5 kg capacity, leak-proof with glue supply from below (excess glue is automatically returned to the pot). Fine, adjustable adhesive application via glue roller, separate temperature setting for the glue roller, electronic temperature control with automatic standby function (prevents glue burning if the machine is unused for extended periods while still powered on).
Optional: EVA/PUR glue pot with drain/cleaning function for quick color changes

• Pressure section consisting of a driven pressure roller synchronized with the glue applicator roller and two smaller, oppositely conical, spring-loaded pressure rollers ensures optimal joining of the edge material with the workpiece. Motorized adjustment of the pressure zone (1x L-Motion)

• High-frequency end trimming saw with two HF motors, 0.55 kW, 12,000 rpm, 2 saw blades. Pneumatically tiltable from the operator panel.

• High-frequency combination milling station: 2 powerful 0.55 kW HF motors with HM-WPL special cutters. Motorized adjustment of the milling station (4x L-Motion)

• Corner copying unit: Automatic processing of end edges up to 2 mm edge thickness for PVC/ABS edge banding; not recommended for soft and postforming profiles. Option for single-sided (front or rear edge) or double-sided corner copying. Motorized adjustment of the corner copying unit (1x L-Motion)

• Swiveling control panel with 10" color touchscreen, meter counter, and remote access module

• Standard equipment includes LED lighting and LED-Motion system

• Optional: Motorized infeed fence adjustable from the control panel (1x L-Motion)

Optional finishing units (3 free slots):
-Multi-radius scraper R1+R2, pneumatic ON/OFF control via air cylinder. The operator panel allows pneumatic switching between radius R1 and R2.
-Flat scraper unit: Removes glue residues from the workpiece surface at the glue joint with a lightly pulling cut, pneumatic ON/OFF control via air cylinder
-Polishing unit: 2 motors 0.09 kW, 1,500 rpm ensure an excellent finish
