Special worktable systems of the SST, SFT, and SWT fix series are designed as 3D clamping workstations for efficient production of assembly, welding, and bonding structures, such as fixtures, railings, frames, etc. With the extensive range of available clamping accessories (see catalogue section Welding Table Accessories), these table systems can also be used as flexibly adjustable fixtures, enabling high-quality production of small and medium series. The special worktables feature either a 16 mm (dual standard) or 25 mm (triple 24+1) thick worktop with a Ø28 mm hole matrix. Additionally, the tabletop has a 100 x 100 mm grid marking to facilitate the alignment of workpieces or fixtures. The pattern of holes allows for the use of various clamping and positioning elements. For special applications, the tabletop surface can, instead of the standard, optionally be fitted with stainless steel 1.4301, aluminum, plastic, or high-strength ST70 materials. Due to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the work surface can be economically replaced in the event of wear, ensuring the table system remains particularly sustainable in use.
