Special workbench systems of the SST, SFT, and SWT fixed series as 3D clamping workstations for efficient production of assembly, welding, and adhesive constructions, such as fixtures, railings, frames, etc. With the help of the extensive clamping accessory range (see catalog section welding table accessories), these table systems can also be used as flexibly configurable fixtures, enabling high-quality production of small and medium series. The special workbenches feature a 16 mm (dual standard) or 25 mm (triple 24+1) thick worktop fitted with a Ø28 mm hole grid. Additionally, the table surface features a 100 x 100 mm grid marking for easy alignment of workpieces or fixtures. The perforated table allows for the use of a wide variety of clamping elements and positioning aids. For special applications, the tabletop surface can also be configured, deviating from the standard, in stainless steel 1.4301, aluminum, plastic, or high-strength materials such as ST70. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of later wear. This makes the table system particularly sustainable in terms of long-term use.
