For sale: KOCH cross-cutting saw for fast and precise cutting of furniture components, especially drawer sides.

The machine ensures clean, net cuts (without tearing or defects on the edges) – a solution much faster than cutting with half-format panel saws.

Key features and specifications:

- PLC control – automatic operation (custom-fitted separately)
- Buffer magazine for components
- Pusher beam with hydraulic system – feeds components to subsequent operations
- Maximum machine span: 2 m
- Maximum feed rate: 12 m/min
- Drive initiated from both sides of the machine
- Top saws for cutting components from above
- Spindle speed approx. 4,500–5,000 rpm (motors 2,100 rpm)
- Full safety guards and sensors
- Complete “drawer strip” production in a single process

The top saws are used for producing ready-to-assemble drawer strips.
Example: a 640 mm long component is aligned/cut from above and divided into 3 sections, so when adding the front and bottom, you get a complete drawer without additional machining of the sides.

Performance:
For a sample drawer side 350 x 100 mm:
Approx. 25,000–30,000 components per shift (very high-capacity production)
