Product description:

• Fully automatic and compact roll production line
• Based on a Mini Rex Futura divider-rounder (rotary type) from 2009
• 2-row operation
• Manual product unloading from the outfeed belt
• Stamping station with easily interchangeable tools;
the set includes heads for: Kaiser and Corinthian patterns
• Integrated elongating and flattening unit
• Weight range:
- for stamped rolls: 25g to 75g dough piece weight – capacity:
1,800 pcs/h to 2,640 pcs/h
- for unstamped rolls: 80g to 125g dough piece weight – capacity:
1,800 pcs/h to 3,960 pcs/h
• Proofing time: approx. 6 min at a throughput of 2,000 pcs/h
• Dough types: wheat, wholemeal (Graham), yeast, donuts
• One-person operation

The machine is currently undergoing a full overhaul, which is expected to be completed by mid-June 2026.
