The Kolbe PF 110 is a professional, compact portioning machine designed for the automatic forming and dividing of minced meat flow. This device is ideal for use in medium and small meat processing plants, butcheries, wholesalers, as well as in production departments of large supermarkets and hypermarkets. The machine is engineered to standardize the meat packaging process, eliminating the need for manual weighing and portion forming.

The unit works directly with meat grinders and grinder-mixers (especially the Kolbe MWK and MW series) equipped with a suitable feeding system, and also with discharge conveyors (e.g., Kolbe MO1500). Its mechanism precisely cuts and forms portions of meat in a pressed structure (“free flow”) or as traditional Cevapcici-style sausages. The stepless cutting length adjustment allows quick adaptation of the tray's final weight, covering the most popular commercial range from 300 to 800 grams.
