The universally applicable assembly station for the production of wall, ceiling, and roof elements in timber frame construction.

- Heavy-duty base frame construction for a level working surface.

- Clamping of elements via 9 system clamping beams with pneumatic cylinders. The clamping beams are extendable for element heights from 100 to 3,800 mm. Cylinder stroke is 320 mm, clamping force per cylinder approx. 420 kg / 4,200 N at 10 bar operating pressure. The clamping system can be operated in two groups (5 and 4 beams), allowing two elements to be clamped/processed simultaneously.

- Working surface sheathed with timber panels as far as technically possible. (Optionally available: perforated metal plate as shown in the photo)

- Stop system at the bottom with 9 locating pins and at the side with 7 locating pins for precise element positioning.

- Tilting device for the assembly station with 3 hydraulic cylinders for element weights of up to 4,000 kg at 85° (95°). The hydraulic system is compactly integrated in the frame area of the assembly station.
- The electrical control cabinet is also protected and installed underneath the assembly station.

- Operation of the functions is performed via a pendant control.

- At both ends of the station, one compressed air connection and one socket are installed; on the longitudinal side of the station, there are two sockets and two compressed air connections for connecting hand tools.

- The stations are modular in design, allowing them to be expanded immediately or at a later date with a receiver station to form a complete tilting station. A tilting station can be seen in picture 3.

- Further options: assembly table without tilting function, perforated metal plates, other working dimensions on request.
