Deskripsi
A complete production line for round timber processing, based on frame sawing technology. The line is capable of processing logs ranging from a small-end diameter of 15 cm to a large-end diameter of 55 cm, in lengths from 2.5 to 9.5 meters. The technology comprises:
1) Log Cascade for logs up to 10 m in length, with dosing system
2) Frame Saw G710, Královopolské strojírny
- The frame saw is equipped with a feed carriage, mounted on rails and fitted with hydraulic log centering
- At the frame saw's outfeed, separating wedges are installed to segregate center-cut and side boards
- The frame saw is powered by a 55 kW electric motor

- Roller conveyors are linked to the frame saw
- Center-cut timber is returned via conveyors and directed to the second frame saw
- Side boards are continuously fed onto the cascade, which then conveys them to the edging center
3) Frame Saw G560, Královopolské strojírny
- The frame saw is equipped with a feed carriage, mounted on rails and fitted with hydraulic log centering
- At the frame saw's outfeed, separating wedges are installed to segregate center-cut and side boards
- The frame saw is powered by a 45 kW electric motor

- A roller conveyor connects to the frame saw, directing side boards to the edging center's cascade
- Center-cut timber is extracted immediately after sawing, placed onto a carriage on rails, and, once a packet is completed, removed from the sawmill using a winch
4) Edging Center, Strojírny Loučná n. Desnou
- Max. cutting height 26 mm, cutting width 70–370 mm, total power consumption 29.2 kW

- Side boards are fed via a vertical cascade dosing system into the edging center
- Boards can first be cut to the required production length, which can be set either fixed or optimized for recovery
- After cross-cutting, boards are edged to fixed preset widths to maximize lumber recovery. After edging, boards are automatically transported by conveyors into storage bins according to their length after trimming. The end product is ungraded side boards, typically with a width of 80 mm or greater.
