Mobile fruit juice production plant, installed in a stainless steel swap body container equipped with hydraulic support legs.

Comprises: Large bin tipper, washing and milling unit, KEB 1000 belt press, 2 pcs. 800-liter buffer tanks, juice pump, dual-gap filter, PA 2000 oil pasteurizer, and automatic Tec 500 bag-in-box filler.

Performance: up to 3,000 kg/h or 2,000 liters of juice per hour.
Fully automatic system for filling bag-in-box pouches directly from the roll or as individual pouches (volumes from 1.5 liters to 20 liters).
Integrated heating oil tank with 600-liter capacity, can be filled externally.
Hydraulic remote control with wireless transmitter for supports and doors, foot pedal for raising and lowering the large bin tipping device.
Automatic container leveling within +/- 0.5% slope.
Corner tarpaulins for optimal weather protection, central water drainage with gutter and raised floor edge.
Integrated high-pressure cleaner and compressor.
The bag-in-box filler is extended laterally from the container during operation and connected to the buffer tank.
Platform height in operation approx. 250 mm.

Frame completely made of stainless steel, aluminum roof and side walls.
Slip-resistant aluminum floor.
Can be transported with any truck or trailer suitable for swap body transport.
Total weight of the operational container approx. 8,000 kg.
