For sale is a multi-spindle drilling machine, also referred to as a rail drilling machine.
The KS LBM DB 04 DR multi-spindle drilling machine is designed for drilling strips and guide rails made of aluminium, plastic, or wood, as well as roller shutter end strips (for wood profiles up to 3m in length and up to 90mm in height).

The machine is equipped with 4 pairs of three-phase drilling units. Each set of 4 drills operates from above and below, either simultaneously or with a delay. The spacing between the drill units is adjusted manually using an indexing system for different distances. The index holes are equipped with drill bushings to centre the hardened indexing pins.
The offered rail drilling machine is equipped with a total of 8 drilling heads (4 facing downward and 4 facing upward).

We used the machine in our workshop for drilling wooden fence profiles.
It has served us well over the past years.
As our customer is switching to plastic profiles, we no longer have a use for it.

The machine includes 8 extraction adapters for dust extraction, with hose and collector for integration into the customer’s extraction system.
