Measurements and Testing:
- Precise measurements have been performed, particularly of axes and gearbox backlash. An 8-hour load test has also been conducted. (Gearbox backlash: Axis 4 - 0.01 / Axis 5 - 0.01 / Axis 6 - 0.01).

Delivery and Packaging:
- Products are delivered in a special box and shipping is insured.

Hand Exchange:
- It is possible to receive the central hand in exchange. Alternatively, it can also be purchased outright upon request.

Warranty:
- Each central hand comes with a 12-month warranty. The warranty can be extended to 18 months for an additional fee.
