Kuper ABP 310 - CNC

Fully automatic large-format edge polishing machine with CNC control and swiveling milling/polishing unit for finishing sawn or pre-milled surfaces. The machine is suitable for transparent, technical, or decorative plastics (PMMA, PC, PETG, or similar), as well as for processing composite materials (PMMA with paper or aluminum).

The required process parameters can be conveniently accessed via the integrated material library, based on the material to be processed and the desired surface finish. Tool recommendations and the corresponding setup for the specific application are also displayed.

Due to the high precision of the polishing table, the formation of streaks can be reduced during processing. Additional mounting points for side stops or further guide aids also enable flexible adaptation to any product.
