Machine Description:

The machine described here belongs to the series of statically operating machines, meaning that all cross-machine processes are performed on stationary cardboard stock. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the cardboard is 2,800 mm. All tool adjustments are performed automatically.

1) Main Machine Body (Automatic Carton Cutting Unit):

- Linear cross-cutting group for head-to-foot cuts and cross-cuts on the cardboard.
- Linear cross-creasing group for cross creases on the cardboard. (Available as a cross creaser or cross creaser with perforation unit)
- Longitudinal creasing groups from above for longitudinal creasing of the cardboard
- Longitudinal cutting groups for performing the longitudinal cuts

2) 5-Position Carton Magazine

Five carton magazines provide storage and feed of the raw cardboard to the processing unit. Stack height for endless corrugated cardboard up to max. 2,200 mm possible.

3) Control Cabinet, Control System, Electronics:

Contains all components required for operating and controlling the system. Control cabinet components are based on Siemens technology.
