Additional Units

Bottom Scoring Saw

This unit is used for balancing groove machining on the lower edge of lamellae with a width over 200 mm. The saw blade is clamped with a flange directly onto a flat motor. Horizontal movement via pneumatic cylinder, scoring travel approx. 150 mm (movement between planks; activation by moveable spot detector). Area setup is manual; stroke is indicated by a counter.
Vertical movement via pneumatic cylinder, scoring travel approx. 30 mm (enables quick adjustment during machining between lamellae with/without balancing grooves).
End stop (groove depth) is set manually. Stroke is indicated by a counter.
Lamellae must be fed individually into the machine (not pushed together).
