Accessories / Special Equipment

• LIEBHERR CNC control Type LH 90 GG is an easy-to-program CNC control unit (B+R/IPC 5000) with gearing-specific operator interface and diagnostics functions for fast troubleshooting. (Remote diagnostics also possible)
• Equipped with automatic threading device for inserting the grinding wheel into the tooth gap
• The machine operates with three grinding methods:
a. Generating grinding with CBN grinding worms = fastest processing
b. Profile grinding with CBN profile grinding wheels (one or two wheels) = highest precision machining!
c. Combination of a and b (most economical solution): pre-grinding with grinding worm / finish grinding with the profile grinding wheel in single part operation
• Automatic shifting of the grinding worm or automatic positioning of the profile wheel
• Automatic workpiece loading device with a ring loader mounted to the counter column, which automatically loads raw and finished parts. The workpieces are conveyed to the ring loader via a separate FLEX LINK chain conveyor, picked up and also removed. This enables unmanned operation.
• Hydraulic workpiece clamping in the table, but without clamping fixtures. Tailstock carriage is present on the counter column, but without tailstock itself. Carriage stroke up to approx. 350 mm
• Complete work area enclosure with sliding door and separate CO2 extinguishing system/IR sensor
No original coolant system (since there is central supply), and no dresser available
