Lutetia Baratte T0

La buttering tumbler Lutetia T0 is specifically designed for processing plants seeking a compact and reliable solution for vacuum mixing and marinating of small batches. Firstly, it enables users to benefit from the same technological principles as higher-capacity industrial models, while remaining perfectly suited for pilot production, artisanal use, or recipe trials. This ensures homogeneous and controlled brine penetration, guaranteeing consistent quality right from the first cycles. Additionally, vacuum operation enhances product integrity and ensures consistent results.

Furthermore, the slow drum rotation guarantees gentle handling of raw materials. This progressive movement limits mechanical stress exerted on the product, preserving fiber structure. As a result, both the appearance and texture remain uniform. The internal geometry of the drum promotes smooth mass circulation, enhancing cycle repeatability and process reliability, even on successive batches.

Moreover, the construction in food-grade stainless steel meets the strict hygiene requirements of the food processing sector. On the one hand, it offers excellent resistance to corrosion and wear. On the other hand, it facilitates cleaning and reduces downtime between production runs. Thus, the tumbler remains available and easy to operate on a daily basis. At the same time, its compact footprint allows for easy integration into workshops with limited space.

Finally, the Lutetia T0 is a suitable choice for professionals seeking to structure their vacuum marination process without oversizing their setup. It offers an excellent compromise between precision, reliability, and compactness. Therefore, this tumbler stands out as a strategic tool for industrial trials, small-scale productions, or workshops in the development phase.
