The chamber accommodates 1 package with a width of 1.20 m, 3 packages stacked to a height of 0.80 m with 0.10 m thick stacking battens, and a maximum timber length of 16.0 m plus 0.5 m clearance.

The chamber holds approximately 19 m³ net of edged lumber with a timber thickness of 50 mm and stacking stick thickness of 24 mm.

- Stainless steel cylinder with 80 mm thick resin-bonded rock wool insulation and a ventilated exterior cladding made of aluminium trapezoidal sheet.
- A vacuum door with a special lock allows for easy face-side loading with walk-in trolleys.
- A vacuum water ring pump with a power rating of 5.5 kW evacuates the dryer (to be replaced in April 2025).
- 12 fans with 1.5 kW nominal output each in delta configuration ensure optimal airflow through the stacks; average power consumption under vacuum is approximately 0.5 kW per fan.
- Hot water heat exchanger installed for a maximum of 98 kW at a supply temperature of 90°C
- Electrical connection requirement: 47 amps at 3 x 400 V / 50 Hz.
- Excess moisture is condensed via air heat exchangers.
- A hot water-heated evaporation basin humidifies the chamber climate as needed.
- The chamber operates fully automatically; only the wood species, thickness, and desired final moisture content need to be entered.
- MB4000 V control system incl. operator panel
- 10 wood moisture measuring points, plus climate and temperature sensors
- Exit rails must be ordered separately, as the current ones are set in concrete.

Price ex works, net payment prior to dismantling. The buyer is responsible for dismantling/removal of the unit. Dismantling is not included in the price.
