Description:
Automatic film sealing machine with downstream shrink tunnel. Suitable for all products that can be placed on the discharge table, e.g. wood briquettes.
The machine is equipped with a conveyor belt for transporting the packages through the shrink tunnel. The transit time through the tunnel can be adjusted according to the film thickness. The motor-driven film roll feed dispenses exactly the required film length for each package.

Operating process:
The briquettes are manually placed on the table in the adjustable discharge frame. Using the two-hand control system, the briquettes are pushed into the film curtain and the subsequent sealing process is triggered.

The package, now loosely wrapped in film, is taken up by the conveyor belt of the shrink tunnel and transported through the tunnel. The film closely adheres to the package contours.
After the finished, shrink-wrapped package exits the tunnel, it should cool down for a while on an additional roller conveyor (see offer) so that the film becomes firm. Afterwards, the package can be deposited/stacked on a pallet.
