KVK 3

Our KVK 3 is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper with turntable, equipped with a pre-stretch system for 250% film elongation, in contrast to the KVK 2 (MA).

Thanks to the pre-stretch system, you can generate up to 3.5 meters of film on the pallet from just 1 meter of film on the roll, significantly reducing your material costs. Additionally, this system applies only minimal tension to the load, so even lightweight goods are not pulled off the turntable. Only applying and cutting the film must still be done manually on this machine.

With a weight of 700 kg, this model is designed for loads up to 2000 kg. The KVK 3 features a 1650 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2400 mm in height as standard. Both turntable and film carriage speeds are adjustable, and the power stretch unit can be regulated via potentiometer to perfectly adapt the automated wrapping cycle to your specific product. Automatic pallet detection (via photo sensor) and adjustable top and bottom wrap cycles come as standard. Wrapping programs for “up only”, “up & down” (cross wrap), and “weatherproof” wrapping are available. The machine can also be operated manually if required.

If you need to relocate the wrapper, it can be easily lifted and moved with a forklift via integrated fork slots.

Optional accessories include a suitable ramp, a photosensor for detecting dark loads or black film, turntables up to 2200 mm in diameter, and extended masts for wrapping heights up to 3200 mm.
