A unique device for applying pretreatment liquid prior to textile printing. Thanks to the surface dimensions it can treat (40x60 cm), it is particularly suitable for DTG printers such as the M2, M3, M4, but is also compatible with smaller print area machines like the R-Jet, Brother GT3, Anajet, TexJet, and more.

The PRETREATmaker IV

is a top-tier device designed for professional application of pretreatment liquid on textiles. It features an advanced electronic system allowing high performance and simplified operation throughout the pretreatment process. The intuitive color touchscreen enables easy adjustment of both spray length and width as well as precise control of spray volume. Each of the four spray nozzles can be activated individually.

This allows for precise adjustment of the area for pretreatment solution application (Dupont Artistri, Image Armor, Brother, etc.) and significantly reduces liquid consumption compared to manual spraying with a pressure/air gun. The spray area length is adjustable in 2-cm increments via the touchscreen. There are 10 volume settings for liquid application.

The Pre-treat Maker IV also features an automated cleaning process for the spray nozzles (consumption approx. 12 ml/hour), maintaining optimal nozzle flow and preventing drying or clogging.
