A unique device for applying pretreatment liquid before textile printing. Thanks to its application area dimensions (40 x 60 cm), it is especially suitable for DTG printers such as M2, M3, M4, but also for printers with smaller print areas, e.g., R-Jet, Brother GT3, Anajet, TexJet, etc.

Advantage: does not require a compressor. The machine is equipped with 4 independent, adjustable nozzles (you can spray only a small area, e.g., for chest logos). PRETREATmaker IV

is a top-tier unit designed for professional pretreatment of textiles. Its advanced electronic system offers high performance and easy operation during the textile pre-coating process. The clear color touchscreen allows for easy setting of spray length and width, as well as adjusting spray volume. Equipped with four individually controlled nozzles.

This allows precise adjustment of application zones for the pretreatment solution (Dupont Artistri, Image Armor, Brother, etc.), saving a significant amount of pretreatment fluid compared to manual application with a pressure/air gun. The spraying area length is adjustable in 2 cm increments via touchscreen. For regulating pretreatment fluid volume, 10 levels are available.

The Pre-treat Maker IV also features an automated cleaning process for the spray nozzles (consumption approx. 12 ml per hour), keeping nozzles free of clogs and preventing drying.
