Filtration provided by a mobile kieselguhr filter and a Pall particle filter.
Includes a mobile CIP unit (Nordhausen, 2009) with two 1.6 hl tanks mounted in a square tube frame, equipped with pump, operator buttons and switches.
Utilities:
- Steam generator (Jumag, 2009), fired with LPG
- Compressed air system (Kaeser, 2008)
- 2 x ice storage refrigeration units (Hafner-Muschler, 2009 and 2011)
