The machine operated reliably in two-shift production until the end of 2025. It is still installed at the factory and can be put into operation immediately.

It has been regularly inspected by external specialists, with recommended measures implemented annually.

Most recently, the SPO chains were replaced; new anilox and rubber rollers were installed, and two further anilox rollers were reconditioned (not yet installed). The machine has been regularly upgraded with PIPs (e.g., Centerline II), and both the flexo unit and the die-cutter feature speed control via frequency inverters. Both feeders are supplied with vacuum from a single pump; an overhauled claw vacuum pump is also available. Routine maintenance and repairs were performed by the in-house maintenance team (see also spare parts inventory).

The machine should be ready for immediate start-up and test running without further preparation.

A very extensive inventory of unused original spare parts, as well as refurbished parts and accessories, is available and can be included with purchase – ensuring long-term functionality and usability!

Available after the decommissioning of a midsize packaging plant – Manufacturer: WP – used for multi-colour print and gluing of packaging.
