The MIG 250 Dual Pulse welding machine is versatile and suitable for MIG/MAG, TIG (lift arc), and MMA (electrode) welding. It is equipped with various synergic welding programs for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and CuSi3. Additionally, this welder features both Pulse and Dual Pulse functions. Up to 100 welding programs can be saved and recalled. Parameters can also be manually adjusted by the welder if necessary.

The power source is equipped with a digital control panel that allows easy setting and reading of various parameters, including gas pre-flow, soft start, burn-back, down slope, gas post-flow, and pulse frequency control. The latter is essential for thin-wall welding. A 2/4-stroke setting provides extra convenience for welding longer parts. The 4-roll wire feed system ensures long and trouble-free wire feeding. With the MMA function, coated electrodes can be welded. To further optimize the weld seam, hot start arc force parameters can be adjusted.
