Aluminum Circular Saw BC 450 HA, Semi-Automatic (MG FRONT-450)

The BC 450 HA is a double mitre saw with a swiveling range of 45° to the left and 22.5° to the right, featuring automatic mitre adjustment via stop functions. The saw feed operates automatically and the material is clamped pneumatically. The saw blade (450 x 30 mm) runs horizontally. Additionally, this machine can optionally be equipped with a digital mitre angle display, a marking laser, and a pneumatic system for lifting the safety cover.

Operating procedure:
1. Set the cutting angle
2. Insert the material
3. Adjust the feed speed
4. Move the clamping cylinders up to 20 mm towards the material
5. Clamp the material
6. Activate the START button to make the machine ready for operation
7. Press and hold both SAW buttons to perform the cut
8. At the end of the cycle, release both SAW buttons and press the STOP button
9. Open the clamp and remove or advance the material
