Aluminum Circular Saw UK 600 HA 90°, Semi-Automatic

The semi-automatic circular saw UK 600 HA 90° is an "upcut" machine, primarily used for cutting profile materials made of cast aluminum, copper, and hard plastics (solid material processing possible to a limited extent). The machine stands out for its user-friendly operation and quick, convenient material changeover. This machine is designed exclusively for 90° cuts!

The saw feed is activated automatically at the push of a button, while the material clamping is achieved via two pneumatically operated vertical and two horizontal clamping cylinders. The standard configuration includes a minimum quantity lubrication system and an air spray gun for cleaning the machine! The machine is equipped with connections for a chip extraction system. Additionally, optional equipment includes a digital mitre angle display, a marking laser, and pneumatic hood lifting.

Working Procedure
1. Set cut angle 2. Insert material 3. Adjust lifting speed
4. Move clamping cylinders to within 20 mm of material 5. Clamp material 6. Press the start button to make the machine ready for operation. 7. Press and hold both SAW buttons to perform the cut.
8. After the cycle, release both SAW buttons and press the STOP button. 9. Open the vice and remove or advance the material.
